Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Program Manager to join our Strategic Operations & Program Management team within the Communications & Public Affairs organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program and project management across social, creative, and communications environments and a proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver large-scale cross-functional programs with clarity and speed.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end project management for large-scale programs and campaigns, including flagship events, product launches, and policy or social campaigns.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, RACI frameworks, and workback schedules to guide execution.
  • Coordinate across creative strategy, social, communications, and public affairs teams to align workstreams and manage dependencies.
  • Lead status meetings, track deliverables, flag risks early, and drive resolution of blockers.
  • Support strategic planning including roadmapping, resource allocation, goal-setting, and process socialization.
  • Build and refine scalable operational processes, templates, and frameworks across Content Studio.
  • Support tool migrations, workflow documentation, and knowledge management initiatives.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to align deliverables and timelines and expand centralized program management capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience in marketing, communications, creative, or media environments.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with complex timelines and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear updates for leadership and partners.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy, prioritize tasks, and manage workload with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of communications and social or editorial marketing, including organic marketing practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working within communications, public affairs, and content studio environments.
  • Background collaborating with external agencies and vendors across creative and social programs.
