Job Description:
- Perform daily operational tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to complete reports, track data, and assist with workflow management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Balance multiple tasks and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Support the team in a fast-paced work environment, adapting quickly to procedural or workload changes.
- Apply strong analytical thinking to review information, identify issues, and assist in problem-solving efforts.
- Collaborate with team members as a goal-driven, dependable team player committed to achieving department objectives.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage basic knowledge of commercial insurance verifications and Medicaid processes (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Quick learner with strong adaptability to new systems or processes.
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical abilities.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
