Pay Range: [$55 - $58.39]

Job Description:

• As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients.
• You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in IBM Sterling OMS Functional is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in IBM Sterling OMS Technical is recommended. Additionally, intermediate proficiency in Application Design and Java EE Development is suggested.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Implement best practices in coding and design to enhance application performance.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.
