Job Description
We are seeking a Business Operations Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume data entry and administrative processing and a proven ability to accurately process member provider selections and operational requests.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process member provider selection requests and administrative operational tasks.
- Track and process change request forms and doctor selection requests received through the member portal and system queues.
- Process provider termination requests by performing membership moves and initiating termination letters to affected members.
- Manually process provider selections for members who cannot be assigned through the health plan's auto-assignment process.
- Track and report provider selection errors identified from call center representatives.
- Retrieve and process incoming returned mail and fax requests.
- Process provider member disenrollment requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of data entry or general office experience.
- Proficiency with data entry and queue-based processing systems.
- Attention to detail with accurate recordkeeping and documentation.
- Ability to manage time and process tasks within defined service levels.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with healthcare membership, provider selection, or disenrollment processes.
- Familiarity with call center operations and error reporting.
