Bcforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Talent Intelligence Consultant for an opportunity at Redmond, WA.

Position Title: Talent Intelligence Consultant

Location: Redmond, WA

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range $53- $63/hr

Summary:

• As a Talent Intelligence Consultant, you'll sit at the intersection of business intelligence, strategic consulting, and recruiting. Your primary mission: translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives that influence leadership and drive strategic talent initiatives.

  Responsibilities:

• Synthesize data from multiple sources to distill trends, risks, and opportunities-turning noise into strategic clarity.
• Advise senior leaders through well-structured presentations and data storytelling, helping shape key business and technology investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive enablement of scalable programs and initiatives.
• Build and deliver intuitive products and systems that deliver critical insights to a variety of stakeholders in real time.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with influence, and excels at bridging the gap between analyzing data and driving tangible impact. We're looking for individuals who bring curiosity, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset and we value those who ask thoughtful questions and learn quickly.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field AND 10 years of experience in data analysis, consulting, recruiting or related fields
• OR Master's with 3+ years in data analysis, consulting, recruiting or related fields
• OR 8 years of equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing or recruitment role with proven ability to influence decision-making at senior levels
• Experience in translating data and insights into actionable recommendations with demonstrated impact- the "art" of storytelling
• Background in developing scalable and systematic programs and/or products to meet the needs of a wide range of audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools, particularly Power Platform (e.g. PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Pages)
• Background in strategic recruiting, inclusive of sourcing, operations, and program management, or equivalent
• Familiarity with the tech industry and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence or cybersecurity
