BCforward is currently seeking an initiative-taking Trading Support (Production/Technical Support) for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC
Position Title: Trading Support (Production/Technical Support)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12 Months.
Job Type: CONTRACT, (Hybrid)
Monday- Friday (5x8)
Candidate who is authorized to work independently
Pay Range: $32- $37/hr.

Job Description:Sr Analyst - Trading Support role is to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, access, Citrix servers, applications and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal user experience and performance, and remote support of users outside our site support. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user training and assistance where required. The job will also have on-call assistance for our clients in states outside onsite support technicians' area.
