BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: [6 Months with possibility of extension]Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)] Job Description:We are looking for a talented individual who can help support our Privacy Program Managers. Someone who can help tackle privacy complexities head-on, to help design and implement continuous operational compliance processes.This role will focus on driving the cross-functional strategic and operational execution of large, organization and company-wide privacy initiatives in order to ensure Clients is meeting its regulatory priorities, while supporting our current Privacy Program Managers in their day to day activities.Responsibilities:
- Drive execution to operationalize company-wide privacy programs.
- Work with legal, privacy and product leadership (including Clients Executives) teams to ensure the cross-company work on regulatory priorities is executed in an efficient & effective manner.
- Prepare communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences
- Create mechanisms for identifying and monitoring updates, milestones and roadblocks on privacy work and ensuring leadership is aware of status and progress.
- Drive consistency of process, practices, and execution across company-wide privacy workstreams.
- Align necessary cross-functional business strategies to ensure success in operational execution.
- Project manage and prioritize work based on urgency and complexity while building operational cadences across technical and operational teams to coordinate work.
- Set priorities, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.
