Incentive Compensation Analyst

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Incentive Compensation Analyst for an opportunity in EST (Remote)

Position Title: Incentive Compensation Analyst

Location: EST - Remote

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12+ Months - 1st shift. Mon - Fri. 8am - 5pm

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY)/ [TEMP TO HIRE], [Remote]

Pay Range: $40/Hr - $45/Hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements:

Requires a High School diploma or GED

Requires 1 - 2 years of related experience Provides outreach to members via phone to support with care plan next steps, community or health plan resources, questions or concerns related to scheduling and ongoing education for both the member and provider throughout care/service

Provides support to members to connect them to other health plan and community resources to ensure they are receiving high-quality customer care/service

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the quarterly administration of the PST Incentive Plan.
  • Utilize metrics provided by the Operations and Revenue Cycle teams to calculate individual incentive payouts.
  • Perform data validation, calculations, and reporting using Microsoft Access (intermediate) and Excel (advanced).
  • Manage the submission of payment files for over 12,000 eligible employees, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide reporting and manage supervisor data entry during each administration period.
  • Manage communication process on incentive plan steps across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to troubleshoot issues, clarify data discrepancies, and support ongoing process improvements.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to incentive processes, audit checks, and workflows.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis or support on other Compensation-related initiatives as assigned.
