BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for an opportunity in GA.

Position Title: Project Manager

Job Description:

* Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to technology platforms, including upgrades, optimizations, and new feature rollouts.

* Innovation Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological capabilities.

* Technical Debt Reduction: Develop and implement strategies to address technical debt, improve platform performance, and minimize long-term system maintenance costs.

* Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources across teams to ensure project requirements are met while maintaining timelines and budgets.

* Risk Management: Identify potential project risks related to platform stability, tech debt accumulation, and innovation initiatives, developing contingency plans as needed.

* Performance Metrics: Define and track project KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing regular updates on progress to senior leadership.

* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation, creating detailed reports on project milestones, challenges, and solutions.

* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technology platforms, system architecture, and common approaches to managing technical debt.

* Key Platforms: Familiarity with Salesforce, Mulesoft, AWS architectures.

* Project Management Skills: Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
