BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Python Application Developer for an opportunity in Pennington, NJ - Hybrid Position

Position Title: Python Application Developer

Location: Pennington, NJ - Hybrid Position

Anticipated Start Date: July

Expected Duration: 06+ months contract (with possible extension)

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Hybrid Position

Pay Range: $38/Hr - $40.14/Hr on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

Must-have skills for this role:
1. Python
2. CSS
3. React JS

Years of experience required for each skill: 4-5 Years of experience

Primary job duties/responsibilities:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Python (Programming Language) is required. Advanced proficiency in CSS HTML is recommended.
- Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application performance.
- Participate in troubleshooting and debugging efforts to resolve application issues efficiently.

Nice-to-have skills:
1. JAVA
2. Good Communication
3. C++
