BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Product Campaign Manager remote opportunity.

Pay Range: $55/hr to $60/hr on W2

Title: Senior Digital Marketing In-Product Campaign Manager
Location: Remote

  • This is a time of transformation for our console and our digital marketing. As a key leader of our Digital Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Campaign Manager will lead game subscription campaigns across In-Product surfaces including console, pc and mobile experiences. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Marketing on the strategy and execution of campaigns focused on driving game subscription sign ups, upgrades, engagement and retention. Responsibilities include roadmap, audience, and priority alignment. Additionally, you will provide cross-functional guidance to members of the wider Digital Marketing organization that oversee customer experience, design, campaign execution, operations, experiments, and analytics.

Candidate Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required: 8+ overall years of experience in the field.
  • Degrees or certifications required: A college degree is required to be eligible for this role. Preferably in a related field such as marketing.
  • Disqualifiers: Candidates with typos or misspelled words in their resume will not be considered as the role is heavily detail oriented.
  • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain significant previous experience with ad trafficking or paid ads experience. Previous experience managing web campaigns or websites and A/B testing is also a big plus. The ideal candidate is also a gamer, as they will be working on marketing for many games and a passion for these is helpful.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Digital Marketing campaigns for In-Product for game subscription across all endpoints. In addition, you'll recommend new campaign ideas, define audience strategy and ongoing testing plans.
  • Drive ongoing testing, measurement, and campaign optimization across campaigns in partnership with Senior Marketing Content Marketing Lead, Analytics and Data Science teams.
  • Continue to iterate new creative ideas to continue to push acquisition and engagement with core audiences across In-Product surfaces.
  • Develop a consistent playbook for communicating campaign and creative executions with stakeholders across Digital Marketing and with 1st/3rd party partner teams.
  • Contribute to the development of the Digital Marketing GTM plans including sharing creative executions and reporting on campaign performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years in product marketing, product management, paid media, digital merchandising, campaign management, or advertising
  • Strong understanding for developing digital campaigns that includes continuously iterating to drive better performance
  • Outstanding project management and time management
  • Strong communicator and collaboration skills across all aspects of campaign development
  • Analytical mindset for continuous improvement
  • Understanding of subscriptions, entertainment, or technology business
  • Passion for gaming

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 8 years' experience with marketing campaign development, preferably in gaming industry.
2. Minimum 8 years' experience with copywriting/messaging.
3. Minimum 8 years' experience with project management for marketing campaigns.
