Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer (Advanced) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large-scale, multi-platform engineering, Agile delivery, and modern DevOps practices and a proven ability to influence architecture, mentor engineers, and deliver resilient, secure, and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a firm-wide resource contributing to cross-functional projects and large-scale programs.
• Apply expertise across the software development lifecycle and toolsets to design, build, and operate applications.
• Lead and cultivate Agile teams and practices; coach peers in technical skills and delivery methods.
• Implement and improve Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Test Driven Development pipelines.
• Design and deliver cloud-native solutions with a focus on resiliency, security, and operational excellence.
• Monitor technology trends and influence adoption to meet business goals; contribute to external talks or publications as appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in at least one core technology and associated design techniques.
• Experience operating across large environments with multiple operating systems and infrastructure.
• Strong command of CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, resiliency engineering, and application security.
• Ability to coach engineers and guide Agile teams to consistent delivery outcomes.
• Demonstrated influence on technical direction and standards across teams or programs.
• Experience level: Advanced practitioner with track record in enterprise-scale delivery.

Preferred Skills:

• Recognition as an Agile leader or technical coach within prior organizations.
• Public speaking or authorship on engineering topics and modern technology trends.
