BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Cloud Technology Consultant 3 Professional Job for an opportunity at Remote

Position Title: Cloud Technology Consultant 3

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: 12/29/2025

Expected Duration: 3 Months contract

Job Type: Contract and Remote

Pay Range: $65/hr. - $70/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Candidate Requirements

* Years of Experience Required: 5+ or more overall years of experience in the field.

* Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role, but certificates and trainings are highly preferred.

* Disqualifiers: Candidates with less than 3 years of experience, a lack of business presence, and poor communication skills will not be eligible for the role. Additionally, candidates with less than 12 months of access available will not be eligible for this role.

* Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain 3 or more years of experience, has worked with CoPilot/ChatGPT, AI, in any capacity with preferably with Agents, has multiple certifications or trainings that are relevant to the role or Microsoft, and has a very strong growth mindset. The sponsor is also highly interested in candidates that are bilingual and can speak English and Spanish.

* Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting partner engagement KPIs.

Top 4 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

1. Minimum 3 years experience with M365 co-pilot studio and power platform

2. Minimum 2 years of experience Technical architectural diagrams

3. Minimum 3 years' experience within in technical sales, consulting, or partner management roles working directly with partners.

Core Functions

* Provide deep technical coaching aiding solution and offering development

* Assess and validate partners' solution architecture

* Build capability to deliver against MS investments (Optimization Assessment, Briefings, Pilots, Adoption

Accelerators, etc.)

* Assist tech and adoption challenges during first 3 solution deployments

* Resolve adoption technical blockers

* Support user enablement (A&CM) offering development & execution

Expertise Required

M365 Tenant Management and Security Best Practices

* Security, governance, and data access

Data Management

* Adoption & Change Management (i.e. Prosci)

Business Process Transformation

* Extensibility / Development Skills

* Service Delivery Management

Setting up and operating Center of Excellence
