Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in identity and access management, cloud and tenant security, incident triage and response, security assessments and governance, vulnerability management, and security tooling or automation and a proven ability to lead and deliver measurable security outcomes in a ticket-driven, audit-focused environment.

Top 3 must have skills:

-Experience with Azure Cloud - minimum 5 years

-Experience with Microsoft Entra ID - minimum 5 years

-Working knowledge of identity security capabilities such as MFA, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management concepts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identity and Access Management: Execute onboarding and offboarding, account and access administration, RBAC, access requests, and access reviews.
  • Design and enforce identity guardrails, including MFA, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management.
  • Handle privileged access escalations and ensure approvals and justifications are recorded.
  • Security Operations: Triage and manage security alerts and notifications, coordinate incident response with stakeholders, and drive resolution.
  • Cloud and Tenant Security: Harden Azure and related cloud configurations and maintain compliance through continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to endpoint and device compliance via Intune concepts and Conditional Access enforcement patterns.
  • Lead or support security assessments for software, partner studios, and new solutions, and track findings to closure.
  • Governance and Compliance: Create, maintain, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures; document exceptions as needed.
  • Support corporate and studio mandates, evidence capture, and auditability requirements.
  • Drive vulnerability remediation and patch management, prioritize risk, coordinate ownership, and track closure.
  • Build automation, scripting, and tooling to reduce manual effort and improve consistency, with disciplined ticketing and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in security engineering across IAM, cloud security, incident response, security operations, or security governance.
  • Working knowledge of MFA, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management.
  • Experience supporting or administering enterprise identity and cloud ecosystems such as Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, access reviews, and privileged workflows.
  • Experience with vulnerability management and operational remediation.
  • Ability to operate in a Jira or JSM ticket-driven environment with strong documentation for approvals, justification, and evidence.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills to explain risk, defend guardrails, and partner with production and engineering teams.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Automation and scripting for security tooling and operational workflows.
  • Experience in gaming or other high-velocity production environments.
  • Partnering with central security stakeholders to translate mandates into implementable guardrails.

Work Model and Schedule

  • Hybrid. Onsite 3+ days per week. Approximately 40 percent work on site with an assigned seat.
  • Standard core hours, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • After-hours support via an on-call rotation as part of CyberSquad coverage.

Assessment Process

  • Two rounds. One with the sponsor and one with a senior engineer, 30 to 45 minutes each.
  • Scheduled the week of May 4.
  • Candidates should be prepared to discuss prior hands-on experience.
