BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Entry Clerk in Winchester, KY 40391

Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Duration: 7 months

Location: Washington (Remote in PST time)

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

(Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.)

Job Type: Contract (40 hrs. a week)

Pay Range: $16.00hr to $19.60/hr
(Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Will be working in the PST time zone (Must be in PST time zone, but not California)

Job Responsibilities:

Process insurance certificates / policy requests - Workers Compensation is insurance line

Act as day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies

Data management

Data entry

Ability to shift between priorities, as needed, throughout the workday while maintaining an established level of productivity using time-management techniques

Ability to work PST hours - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Hour Unpaid Lunch) Daily

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

Interpreting client requirements documents

Data management experience

Skilled with data management preferred. Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary Aon systems

Strong communication skills

Ability to communicate well with clients

Data Entry experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Prior experience in the insurance industry will be helpful and considered first

Education:

College degree is preferred or High School Diploma/GED with Equivalent Experience.
