BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Program Manager III for a REMOTE opportunity.

Position Title: Marketing Program Manager III

Location: REMOTE

Anticipated Start Date: 5/5/2025

Expected Duration: 9+ Months

Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]

Pay Range: $75.73/hr-$85.48/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Qualifications

-Experience in Project Management with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value using technology solutions in high-tech operations space.

-Proven project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.

-Experience streamlining complex processes and implementing strategic process improvement solutions to drive efficiency.

-Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and third-party vendors in accomplishing project objectives.

-Offer consulting support to new and ongoing initiatives.

-Ability to collaborate with different individuals across the organization and within other geographies, and "roll-up the sleeves" in order to accomplish all necessary tasks.

-Strong, clear communicator.

-Highly motivated self-starter.

-Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Ability to closely walk the line between business and technology.

-Experience operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.

-Experience in fostering seamless cross-functional working relationships in medium to large organizations.

-Experience working with privacy, legal and compliance topics.

-Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Workplace, Google Suite.

-Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

Must-Have Skills

1 Strong project management skills (Asana or Jira or Monday)

2 Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Salesforce Data Cloud

3 Strong experience with Google suites (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)

Nice-to-have Skills

1 SQL

2 Experience with scripting languages for pulling reports

3 Understanding and experience in Agile methodology.
