Position Title: Test Purchase Project Coordinator

Location: Spring, TX

Anticipated Start Date: 03/10

Expected Duration: 7+ months contract + Renewable

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [ONSITE]

Pay Range: $45 - $47/hr

Description

• The Fraud team is part of Global Brand Security.
• Our mission is to protect the Brand by proactively identifying, investigating, and preventing fraud and non-compliance with products worldwide.
• We investigate companies and individuals who commit service warranty, sales, and discount fraud.
• The Test Purchase Project coordinator is the regional lead for all Test Purchases activities.
• He/she plays a key role in interfacing between the investigative vendors used to operate the purchases and the various Stakeholders who are part of the Test Purchase ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

* Funnel the test purchase requests from all stakeholders

* Manage the communication with the vendors

* Maintain master worksheet with purchase results

* Chase purchases not progressing

* Identify records associated with the serial numbers purchased

* Report purchase results to stakeholders

* Audit authentication accuracy performed by vendors

* Constantly seek to improve and streamline the process

Key skills:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Sharepoint, and web browser tools

* Excellent interpersonal skills, including presentation, reporting, and consulting.

* Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics software tools.

* Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in complex situations.

* Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation.

* Strong business and financial acumen.
