BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Support role in Remote

Position Title: Technical Support

Location:
Remote

Anticipated Start Date:
Tentative start Date 10/07/2024

Expected Duration:
24+ Months Contract with high possibilities for extension

Job Type: Contract:
40hr/ week

Pay Range:
$15.18/hr - $19.87/hr on W2
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

  • Monitor incoming emails to investigate supplies and printer information inquiries.
  • Knowledge of databases is required.
  • Ability to research supplies or devices issues to identify a root cause, resolve the issue and follow up with client is required.
  • Technical knowledge a plus.
  • Customer service is required, customer facing, remote position.
