BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technician: Hardware (Eng) - III for an opportunity in Hillsboro, OR!

Position Title: Technician: Hardware (Eng) - III

Location: 2111 Northeast 25th Avenue, Hillsboro, OR 97124

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6+ months contract with possible extension

Job Type: FULL TIME 40 hours a week, CONTRACT, ONSITE

Shift Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Shift Days: Monday-Friday

Pay Range: [$31.48/hr] - [$33.65/hr]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system assembly, bring up and debug. PC compliant and able to install and configure hardware and software installs. Knowledge of standard operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Skilled with use of oscilloscopes, multimeters, and Iogic analyzers, especially experienced with proper grounding and probing techniques.
• Must be able to read schematics and board Iayout drawings. USB and Firmware knowledge is required. Familiarity with VRTT is helpful.

Education:

• Min AS degree, BD degree preferred.
