Job Description

The Project Management Coordinator supports the Project Excellence Team (PET) Leader at the Corteva Mammalian Toxicology Center. The role ensures timely delivery of high-quality mammalian toxicology work products that support molecule stage advancement decisions and regulatory submissions. The coordinator manages incoming requests from a shared functional inbox, partners with internal and external stakeholders, and performs data entry across planning tools under the daily guidance of the PET Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable successful study initiation.
• Monitor and triage requests from the shared Haskell Project Management inbox, including test material and CoA availability and shipments, prioritization requests, tier-one results and tier-two triggers, and inquiries from SMEs, GRPMs, SDs, SMs, SmartSheet notifications, master schedule corrections from P&I, and RFQs for contracted work.
• Provide support for requests submitted via the MamTox portal for study initiation.
• Support maintenance of the master list of studies and update initiation statuses and milestones to preserve GLP Master Schedule integrity.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal interactions, organization, initiative, teamwork, conflict resolution, decision-making, and work ethic.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a laboratory or regulated environment.
• Demonstrated expertise with project coordination across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Effective written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work within multiple electronic databases and planning tools, including Smartsheet or similar.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting GLP-regulated studies or toxicology programs.
• Familiarity with stakeholder groups such as SMEs, GRPMs, and study directors.

Role Logistics:

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, onsite, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with flexibility.
• Interview: Onsite, in person. Resume review required.
• Driving: Not required. Medical surveillance: Not required. Allergen exposure: No.
• Work authorization: Onsite only. Non-local or remote candidates will not be considered.
• Reason for opening: Backfill due to FTE retirement.
