Summary:We're looking for an experienced strategic media professional to join our Global Media Team, our in-house organization of media experts responsible for communications planning, media strategy and execution stewardship, for the marketing and advertising campaigns reaching our most important audiences across. In this role, the ideal planner will be responsible for development of media strategies and integrated channel plans. They will partner deeply with internal stakeholders across Brand Marketing, Brand Strategy, Decision Science, Product Growth, Insights, and creativity agency partner as well as our external global media agency of record, to devise and execute campaigns that deliver the brand narrative and support Marketing's most important role, through effective and innovative paid media strategies.The right candidate is passionate about understanding audiences from the inside out, and leveraging this knowledge with media expertise to leverage effective and disruptive strategies that will influence action. They will be responsible for building strong partnerships with colleagues and effectively collaborating in a highly matrixed organization model, and translating business and marketing goals into successful, integrated, data-driven programs. The right person can both stretch up to lead and intuitively roll up sleeves to be hands-on. We are looking for someone who is insightful, rigorous and pushes for better and smarter. Job Responsibilities:
- DEVELOP measurable, media strategies and plans grounded in objectives and audience insights, to deliver innovation and business outcomes.
- Maximize relationships and drive influence with cross-functional partners across brand management, creative, decision science, finance, insights, PR and partnerships teams as media's subject matter expert to develop impactful, integrated work
- Manage the creative trafficking process with Marketing and the creative agency ensure flawless campaign planning and execution
- Partner with external media agency, and internal media planning teams to drive cohesive media planning and execution (BLEND OF AGENCY/CLIENT)
- Manage the set-up of brand lift studies in partnership with the external media agency and internal analytics teams
- Effectively analyze campaign performance against aligned to goals for ongoing campaign reporting and marketing leadership visibility
- Establish operational best practices around plan development, media investment management, systems and tools and streamlined measurement
- Manage and brief media and influencer agency partners and enable them to execute their very best work
- Manage multiple media work streams and deliverables to ensure flawless campaign planning and execution

- Agency Management
- Former Experience working with mix of Media Agency and Client - they are typically accustomed to the pace.
- BA/BS degree
- 6+ years of experience in managing and executing large scale consumer campaigns and long-term brand building through an integrated media mix
- Proven track record in building relationships, navigating cross functional teams and presenting to stakeholders
- Proven experience in measurement, analytics and in gathering audience insights (e.g., IPSOS, Kantar, Google Analytics, Lucid, Nielsen)
- Proven experience working both strategically as well as in an executional capacity to build and deploy optimization strategies and learning roadmaps
- Proven experience managing agency partners to budget, structure, and optimize campaigns
- Proven experience in structuring ongoing media learning agendas to gain learnings that improve campaign performance, iteratively
- Passionate about breaking new ground by experimenting with new media approaches to tackle business challenges and priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within both agency and client organizations
- Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with ability to multitask effectively
- Experience working with brands with media strategies comprised on custom content, activations, and influencer marketing
- Experience working directly with creative teams to integrate creative ideas/strategy with media strategy and channel selection
- Experience working directly with data science and/or data analytics teams to integrate media strategy and channel selection with measurement frameworks and learning agendas
- Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
