Senior HR Generalist
Position Title: Senior HR Generalist
Location: Medford, MN
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: Full Time
Job Type: Full-time (Direct Hire)
Salary Range: $75K- $90KPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Requirements:- ADP Workforce Now
- HRIS
- full-cycle recruiting
- Lead employee relations for hourly and salaried employees
- Run full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer
- Coach supervisors and site leaders on performance, attendance, and policy application
- Plan one on-site employee event each month and support ongoing engagement efforts
- Lead onboarding and orientation, maintain accurate job descriptions
- Support performance reviews and merit cycles and track manager follow-ups
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
- Handle basic benefits questions and escalate when needed
- Ensure site compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Partner with the Operations HR Manager on investigations and corrective actions
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience that includes a manufacturing facility
- Proven employee relations experience with floor presence and credibility
- Full-cycle recruiting experience for hourly and salaried roles
- HRIS proficiency required. ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of benefits fundamentals
- Strong organization, follow-through, and confidentiality
- Comfortable coaching supervisors and influencing at the site level
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience with Epicor or similar ERP
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Equivalent experience considered
- Solid understanding of federal and Minnesota employment laws
- ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS
- Microsoft Office
- Epicor familiarity is a plus
