Salary Range: $75K- $90K

Job Description:

Hands-on HR partner for a manufacturing site. You will support both production and office teams, own day-to-day employee relations, and drive full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles.

What you will do

• Lead employee relations for hourly and salaried employees
• Run full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer
• Coach supervisors and site leaders on performance, attendance, and policy application
• Plan one on-site employee event each month and support ongoing engagement efforts
• Lead onboarding and orientation, maintain accurate job descriptions
• Support performance reviews and merit cycles and track manager follow-ups
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
• Handle basic benefits questions and escalate when needed
• Ensure site compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Partner with the Operations HR Manager on investigations and corrective actions

What you bring

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience that includes a manufacturing facility
• Proven employee relations experience with floor presence and credibility
• Full-cycle recruiting experience for hourly and salaried roles
• HRIS proficiency required. ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of benefits fundamentals
• Strong organization, follow-through, and confidentiality
• Comfortable coaching supervisors and influencing at the site level

Nice to have

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience with Epicor or similar ERP
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Equivalent experience considered
• Solid understanding of federal and Minnesota employment laws

• Epicor familiarity is a plus
