Job Description:
Overview
- The Enablement Program Manager will lead the design and execution of strategic enablement initiatives that drive operational excellence across the organization. This role is pivotal in translating business priorities into scalable programs, tools, and processes that empower teams to deliver with clarity, consistency, and impact.
- You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders-including Business Operations, Program Management, and recruiting teams-to ensure alignment, adoption, and continuous improvement of enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute enablement strategies that support operational priorities and drive measurable outcomes against goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve readiness, knowledge transfer, and process adoption across teams.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management efforts to ensure successful program adoption
Operations Management:
- Oversee GETA operations to ensure smooth functioning while also identifying operational inefficiencies and implement robust solutions to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Build and maintain enablement frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits tailored to operational workflows
- Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
- Partner with central operations teams to ensure GETA has the right reporting to track and report on key performance indicators to measure success.
- Act as a strategic advisor, building trust with leadership, surfacing insights and recommendations that inform business decisions through monitoring our reporting and performance.
Qualifications Required:
- 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or enablement roles.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
- Communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience designing and delivering enablement content and training programs.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with operational frameworks and tools (e.g., OKRs, [KH1] Power BI, automation, internal ticketing systems).
- Experience working in a matrixed or global organization.
- Background in strategic planning or business transformation.
- Strong organizational skillset
