Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while performing high-volume, accurate data entry to maintain the integrity of company records. The successful candidate will demonstrate professional reception etiquette, customer focus, and dependable administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, manage the front desk, and route inquiries to appropriate teams.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and messages with professional communication.
- Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy to update and maintain company records.
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling, document handling, and mail coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of administrative, office, or customer service experience.
- Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with call routing systems or ticketing tools.
- Familiarity with CRM or records management systems.
