PRIMARY PURPOSE:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, research, and resolve a high volume of simple to moderately complex issues from internal and external customers.
- Provide timely status updates and follow-up information to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.
- Document customer issues in the call tracking system accurately and promptly.
- Assist in real-time resolution of support issues to minimize downtime and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on policies, product features, and industry trends to provide accurate technical solutions.
- Provide after-hours support via an on-call cell phone when needed.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Support the organization's quality programs.
Education & Licensing:
- An associate degree in a computer technology field is preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in computer systems support or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Two (2) years of proprietary software support experience are required.
- One (1) year of Windows operating system troubleshooting experience required.
- Experience with JURIS or claims management applications is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent oral, written, and business communication skills.
- Strong analytical, interpretive, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Strong stress and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Capability to meet or exceed performance competencies.

- Ability to think clearly and conceptually; strong judgment, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analysis, and discretion; capable of handling work-related stress; adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Computer keyboarding; travel may be required.
