Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant for remote role.
Position Title: Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant
Location: Toronto, ON (Remote)
Anticipated Start Date: 01/01/2025Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.
Expected Duration: 3+ months contract + renewable
Job Type: [Contract (40 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [Remote]
Pay Range: CAD $49-$52/ Hr.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description:Role: OCM resource at a senior levelTerm: 12 weeks and the start date would be Jan 2025, with possibilities of extension. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead complex change initiatives and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management and a proven track record of successful organizational transformations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Conduct complex impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Design and deliver advanced training programs and workshops to support change initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to integrate change management activities into strategic plans.
- Provide expert coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead change effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Create and manage communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Mentor and guide junior change management consultants.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
