Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team supporting a Workday project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery and Workday and a proven ability to optimize team flow, manage dependencies, and deliver end-to-end technology solutions that meet enterprise change standards.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key liaison across business units, other agile teams, and the program team.
• Coordinate and facilitate agile ceremonies and manage team dependencies.
• Provide visibility into team plans, progress, risks, and feature status to leadership and partners.
• Coach teams on work management tools and adherence to enterprise change standards.
• Partner with analysts, developers, and testers to translate requirements into working stories and test plans/scripts.
• Optimize the flow of stories to maximize value delivery for assigned features.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks while managing timelines and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Agile Scrum Master experience supporting technology delivery.
• Workday project experience.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders with clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to translate business needs into application requirements.
• Highly versed in SDLC methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Bank of America Enterprise Change Management processes.
• Experience with Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira Align, Confluence, Octane, MS Office, and SQL.
