Job Description
We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk (Level III) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume numeric and alphanumeric data entry and a proven ability to meet accuracy and production standards within strict deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Key data from images or original documents per customer instructions and screen prompts.
- Use full keyboard and numeric keypad to achieve required KSPM and accuracy.
- Acknowledge and resolve out-of-balance transactions and detected exceptions.
- Complete assigned tasks by customer-specified deadlines and production standards.
- Communicate computer system issues and escalate as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum tested 8,400 KSPH with documented KSPM score on resume.
- PC literacy and ability to learn automated data processing methods.
- Strong attention to detail with quality-focused output.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to organize work, set priorities, and meet production standards under pressure.
- Capability to detect and handle unusual situations, processor and remitter errors.
- Good hand-eye coordination and logical problem-solving.
- Reliable attendance with ability to work overtime when needed and no time off in first 90 days.
Preferred Skills:
- General understanding of Lockbox operations.
- Experience in high-volume administrative or clerical environments.
Schedule & Work Arrangements:
- Training: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM for two weeks.
- Post-training shift: Thursday to Monday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Five days onsite required. Facility is open on holidays.
- Candidates should not work more than one job concurrently.
- Must list Atlanta, GA location on resume.
