Business Change ManagerBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Change Manager in Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid Role)
Job Title: Business Change Manager
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid Role) Job Type: Contract (40 hrs. a week)
Pay Range: $46hr-$48/hr
(Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
DescriptionTo ensure consistent use of this job across the enterprise, please consult with your Human Resources partner prior to using this job (HRBP should work with Compensation).Responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope. Leads efforts to identify best practices. Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required. Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs. Designs methods for integrating function and process. Conducts cost/benefit analyses. Builds support for business change throughout the business unit. Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years process or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign is strongly preferred.
