BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated RM - Business Analyst - OneSource Tax for an Onsite opportunity in Irving, TX!

Position Title: RM - Business Analyst - OneSource Tax

Location: Irving, TX! Onsite

Expected Duration: 12 Months with Potential Extension or can be converted to a fulltime employment.

Job Type: Contract (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY), [CONTRACT], [HYBRID]

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Tax Accounting Applications (One Source, TRIP, OITD, OTP, Global Next)
• Experience in Implementing Tax Solutions
• Mapping the tax scenario to Tax engine.

  Primary job duties/responsibilities:

• As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required. Expert proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended. Business Model Strategy with Advanced proficiency and Requirements Analysis with Expert proficiency are suggested.
• Develop innovative strategies for business process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and propose solutions.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate team members on process optimization.
• Work extensively in the TAX Accounting space

• Implement and configure Global Next.
