BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Print Operator in Pleasant Prairie, WI!.

Position Title: Print Operator

Location : Pleasant Prairie, WI

Anticipated Start Date: 11/01/2024

Expected Duration: 12 Months contract with possibility of extension

Job Type: [FULLTIME (>%3D40 HOURS WEEKLY], [CONTRACT], [ONSITE]

Pay Range: 29.00 /hr. - $30.00/hr.

HP Indigo Digital Press, Printing Press

Job Description:

• They are field service engineers that will be going onsite and fix customers issues but also be able to do remote support.
• Need to have good communication skills.
• Will be handling dispatched calls to them they work with the customers to help recording the time, in notes, on their assignments and statuses for customers.
• Service and maintain two Series 3 HP Indigo Presses and a Kurz DM Jetliner UV Inkjet module.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues with HP Indigo digital presses.
• Maintain HP Indigo parts and consumable supply and order consumables and press parts as needed that are pertinent for day-to-day operation of the digital press department.
• Manage inventory of substrates in digital press department and ensure correct amount is ordered for specialty orders. Maintain an adequate supply for most used substrates.
• Calculate run time and amount of substrate needed to produce longer custom print jobs.
• Train and mentor new HP Indigo operators.
