Job Description

We are seeking a Python Engineer with RASA experience to join our dynamic team in New York. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in RASA Conversational AI, multi-agent systems, and Python and a proven ability to design, build, and integrate scalable conversational agents and supporting services.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced conversational agents using RASA and related frameworks.
• Integrate multi-agent systems using protocols such as Agent2Agent.
• Leverage Google ADK and LangChain/LangGraph for modular, scalable agent development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end conversational experiences.
• Design NLU pipelines, dialogue management, and custom actions within RASA.
• Integrate RASA bots with external APIs and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in multi-agent environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python and RASA framework for conversational AI.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, including Agent2Agent communication patterns.
• Hands-on exposure to Google ADK and libraries such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Ability to design NLU pipelines, dialogue policies, and custom action servers.
• Experience integrating external APIs and enterprise systems with conversational agents.
• Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills in distributed environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Java for API development, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native deployment.

Role Logistics

• Work location: New York City only. Onsite five days per week.
• Interview process: Two rounds, technical and behavioral. Zoom or in-person.
• Not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support. Post-conversion grade 602.
