BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Risk and Compliance Representative - Relationship Manager Job for an opportunity Position Title: Risk and Compliance Representative - Relationship Manager
Location: NYC, NY
Anticipated Start Date: December 25th

Expected Duration: 20 months Contract (with possibility of conversion)
Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite
Pay Range: $80/hr - $89/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:
The FOGC Outsource Governance and Control function performs continued governance processes and reporting on nearly 200 ongoing outsourcing engagements within the Finance function at MS.
Consultant or manager with compliance, third party and or risk expertise. Role will require individuals to manage a number of departments within finance and ensure service compliance across various third party and inter affiliate services.
This will require RM to interact with various teams and stakeholders through meetings and email communications to identify gaps and discrepancies from both a data and regulatory perspective, update service intake forms and reconcile data within various tools and systems. Must be comfortable with large quantities of data in excel and have a strong attention to detail; must also be able to connect dots and see bigger picture. Familiarity with repository systems and tools is favorable.
