Job Description:
We are specifically looking for candidates with Corporate Functions / G&A (General & Administrative) recruiting experience. This includes experience hiring for roles in areas such as:
- Finance
- Legal
- HR
- Marketing
- Communications
- Strategy & Operations
- Executive Support
Bonus: executive recruiting experience would be a strong plus, especially for candidates who have supported VP-level and above roles.
Summary
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and hire top talent to meet current and future hiring needs. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand business goals and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
Source qualified candidates using a variety of channels including databases, networking, internet tools, cold outreach, media, and employee referrals.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records and applicant tracking data.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
Promote the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
Required Skills
Verbal and written communication skills.
Effective negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices.
Understanding of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and applicant tracking systems.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-4 years of experience in a customer service or recruiting role.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting or recruiting for roles within the following Corporate Functions areas:
- Human Resources (HR), Finance, Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA), Business Development, Strategy & Ventures, Business Operations, Marketing
