Position Title: Office Services Coordinator
Location: 1100 N. Raleigh Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27610
Anticipated Start Date: 03/16
Duration: 1 month
Job Type: Contract with Contract Extension/Conversion to FTE
Hours: Training 8AM-5PM Mon-Fri - Training will be about 3 days 1 on 1, 8AM-5PM Mon-Fri
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (W2)
Need: Minimum 2+ years of office management experience with strong customer service, communication, organizational, time management, and technical proficiency skills.

Job Description:
Office Services Coordinator
Position Purpose:
Responsible for the overall coordination of office facilities and support services while providing administrative support to the entire location.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a related field. Knowledge of field concepts, practices, and procedures required. Basic knowledge of equipment troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee storage and destruction of all company records, both on-site and off-site.
- Assist management in coordinating all office services and facilities activities.
- Collaborate with Corporate IS telecommunications staff and serve as the on-site contact to maintain effective telephone systems and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Oversee maintenance of all office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Serve as a key member of the planning committee to coordinate new space development and renovation projects.
- Assist management team members with problem-solving.
- Must be able to bend, crawl, and lift up to 30 lbs frequently.
Contract Extension/Conversion:
Yes - both possible if a position opens. Expected to extend contract.
Work Location:
All work will be in-office at:
1100 N. Raleigh Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27610
Schedule:
Training: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday (approximately 3 days of one-on-one training)
Regular Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

This is not a field-based or member-facing clinical facility role.

Story Behind the Need:
This role is a backfill position. The team focuses on community engagement and operates within a collaborative culture, working closely with team members, the community, and various departments to achieve objectives. Key projects include customer service initiatives and building maintenance.
Typical Day in the Role:
Morning Duties:
Arrive each morning to disarm the alarm and conduct a thorough building walkthrough. Report or address any issues identified.
Front Desk Operations:
Greet community members, provide assistance, and deliver excellent customer service.
Event Support:
Assist with setup, coordination, and cleanup for community events hosted at the office.
Member Outreach:
Occasionally participate in calling campaigns to invite members to upcoming events.
End-of-Day Duties:
Conduct a final walkthrough of the building and set the alarm before leaving.
Performance Metrics:
- Accurate reporting of events and member interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service and support community engagement activities.
Role Overview:
This role is unique in that it combines customer service and community engagement. Office Coordinators perform multiple responsibilities to support the health plan.
