BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer for a Remote opportunity!

Position Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: 04/07

Expected Duration: 3-6+ months contract + Renewable

Pay Range: $52 - $55/hr

Client is looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to create impactful marketing materials that drive sales enablement and strengthen corporate communications. This role demands expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and PowerPoint. The creative team produces a variety of materials, including sales and corporate presentations, digital ads, eBooks, white papers, and infographics. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with precision to ensure visually compelling and error-free designs. Senior Graphic Designers work closely with our copywriters to align visuals with messaging. While experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, success in this role requires a collaborative mindset to align design work with Gainwell's key audiences-Medicaid directors, state legislative leaders, and government decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement Collateral (40%)

Design compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex solutions.

Develop graphics that highlight solutions and support field marketing, account based marketing, and sales teams.

Ensure all materials are aligned with Gainwell's brand standards while maintaining clarity.

Campaign & Digital Content Creation (30%)

Design engaging digital ads, social media visuals, eBooks, white papers, and infographics that enhance thought leadership and demand generation campaigns.

Develop visual storytelling elements that simplify complex healthcare and technology topics for government audiences.

Required Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in graphic design for B2B or B2C marketing in-house, ad agency, or design firm.

Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.

Experience designing sales collateral, solution graphics, and marketing content for complex business audiences.

Ability to understand business and technical concepts and translate them into engaging visual content.

Strong eye for detail to ensure error-free, high-quality designs with attention to typography, layout, and branding.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Typography - Deep understanding of typefaces, hierarchy, and readability principles.

Color Theory - Strong knowledge of color and how to apply it effectively in designs.

Branding & Identity - Expertise in designing logos, brand guidelines, and visual identities.

Technical Skills

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) - Proficiency in industry-standard design software.

PowerPoint - Expertise in designing visually engaging presentations with clear storytelling and impactful visuals.

Digital & Print Design - Ability to create assets for both print (e.g. collateral, conference booths, posters) and digital (e-books, social media, web banners, email templates, etc.).

UI/UX Design - Understanding of user experience principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).

Motion Graphics - Experience with motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

AI Tools - Knowledge of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney is an advantage.

Deadline Management - Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time.

Attention to Detail - Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality in all design work.

Multitasking - Managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Communication & Collaboration

Client & Stakeholder Communication - Ability to translate client needs into effective design solutions.

Team Leadership - Taking ownership of projects and guiding colleagues, partners, and vendors.

Collaboration - Working closely with team members, stakeholders, clients, and other groups to ensure cohesive branding.

Presentation Skills - Clearly explaining design decisions to leaders, stakeholders and clients.

Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving

Marketing & Advertising Knowledge - Understanding design's role in marketing strategies and campaigns.

User-Centered Design Thinking - Creating designs that enhance user experience and engagement.

Adaptability & Trend Awareness - Staying updated on design trends, tools, and industry changes.
