Expected Duration: 6 months of contract and possibility that this could go FTE Job Type: Full-time - Contract Pay Range: $40.00/Hour - $42.00/HourPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Required Qualification

- Commercial lending background, asset management
- risk dealing
- Audit/Quality Control background.
- Loan IQ experience
- Holds a Bachelors in Business Administration
- Strong Organizational and prioritization abilities.
Job responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate and timely review of Commercial Loan advances, principal payments, reprices, settlements, and manual transactions.
- Work with various departments of WLS included but not limited to Servicing Teams, Closing, Fraud, and Treasury Department
- Provide feedback to Servicing Teams on operational market trends and correlated risk.
- Initiate reviews for funding activities; manage the funding process with Corporate Treasury, syndicate lenders, and risk team.
- Verify Calculation and tracking of complex interest and fee accruals at various rate levels across changing lender distributions.
- Confirm all conditions precedent have been met and compliance items meet the established banking guidelines for all transaction types.
- Demonstrating accurate and timely completion of customer service and research in accordance with the credit agreement
- Minimize credit and business risk through awareness of procedure, compliance, and bank policy.
- Manage pipeline of assigned transactions to be completed in a timely manner with emphasis on efficiency and accuracy.
- Reconcile exception reports and make system adjustments as needed.
- Back up co-workers, work with various special projects or other tasks as assigned.
- Participate in system testing, as needed, which may occur during non-business hours.
