Logistics Coordinator
Position Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: 7100 Riverport Drive, Louisville, KY, 40258
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Expected Duration: 12+ Months

Pay Range: $20/hr on W2
Hours: 10 hours per day, 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
Job Description:
- We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Distribution Operations team at our Kentucky Distribution Center in Louisville, KY. This role will be responsible for facilitating the receipt, storage, and issuance of products in a cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) environment. The Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in coordinating materials for outbound orders, as well as preparing and palletizing shipments according to carrier type and stage in the pickup process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack products according to shipping orders.
- Use manual labor and pallet jacks to move products and non-GMP supplies from storage areas to the shipping zone.
- Perform physical counts of inventory and products.
- Perform functionality and safety checks on equipment used in the warehouse.
- Access various databases and input data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Follow detailed verbal and written instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize basic mathematical skills to support logistics operations.
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), forklifts, or walkie riders.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to meet logistics goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Powered Industrial Trucks (forklifts, walkie riders, etc.) is required.
- Strong ability to follow instructions and perform tasks with attention to detail.
- Good basic math and data entry skills.
- Proficient in using PC desktop applications and business operations software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and cooperative team environment.
- Ability to maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
- Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting and moving products.
Schedule:
- 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday)
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM
