Position Title: Epic Workflow Specialist Ambulatory Analyst

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: June15th

Expected Duration: 3+ months Contract

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite

Pay Range: $63/hr

Job Description:

Travel required within GA

This work does require travel within the Greater Atlanta area, and requires the ability to drive, or a vehicle to operate for getting to the client sites.

We are hoping to find people in the Atlanta area.

An experienced EpicCare Ambulatory Principal Trainer, or Credentialed Trainer, or At the Elbow Support Specialist.

The Work:

On Site support for Community Connect clients during their golive implementation time. The Epic Workflow Specialist Ambulatory Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with Accenture team, software vendor team, and client in the following areas.

Support Physician offices in the state of Georgia with go live support activities including:

Acceptance Testing

Cutover planning activities: Clinical Content Conversion

Technical Dress Rehearsal

Personalization Labs

At the elbow go-live support

Support the understanding of new state business workflows and instruct on correct documentation guidelines.

Healthcare Provider office functional knowledge

Ability to communicate well with Workflow explanations and understanding of mappings from previous workflows to new process states.

Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows.

Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.

Provide input into high level functional specifications.

Work with project managers, architects, business analysts and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.

Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.

Participate in quality management reviews of the design and performance of work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.

Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing activities.

Serve as an intermediary with client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows and technology capabilities and limitations.

Assist in the development and documentation of data requests and source to target mapping.

Other duties as assigned. This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.
