Senior Human Resources ProfessionalBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Human Resources Professional for a Remote Position in Minneapolis. Position Title: Senior Human Resources Professional Location: Remote/Hybrid Position Anticipated Start Date: [04/20/2025]Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Contract Duration: (5 MONTHS) Job Type: Contract Pay Range: $45-$55/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). [JOB DESCRIPTION] Know and understand the business strategy, talent strategy, and organizational design/strategy of internal clients in order to consult with HR Business Partners, Talent Partners, and business leaders globally on a wide range of
compensation and benefits topics and projects.* Consult with HR business leaders on the following:
o Compensation philosophy, programs and processes
o Benefits philosophy, frameworks, and processes
o External marketplace trends, providing expertise in competitive practice
o Identification of opportunities to strengthen competitiveness programs through networking with external
international rewards professionals
o Ongoing, regular support to achieve prioritized business objectives* Manage compensation programs, processes and analysis for business aligned groups:
o Job evaluations and survey matching
o Guiding through key annual processes of Annual Performance and Rewards and Competitive Reviews
o Lead the deployment of programs changes, including consulting with compensation program owners on any function specific nuances
o Partner with other COEs to bring reporting and analytics to life
o FLSA and other regulatory analysis
o Partner with Talent Solutions Consultants to provide guidance on complex internal job offers
o Provide business perspective and input to the Global Center of Excellence on business challenges, as well as for the design of Global Reward programs, policies, procedures, practices, systems, communications and reporting of key metrics Executes actions related to oversight, governance and reviews of global benefit programs
o Owns the central inventory of benefit offerings by country; supports annual survey processes
o Owns benefit program analysis for all countries outside of U.S. and Canada (design reviews, costing, etc.)
o Partners with local HR teams and GAAT on benefit cost validation
* Project management for assigned projects
o Lead all aspects of assigned projects, including building work plans, engaging internal and external team
members, prioritizing and assigning tasks, identifying and mitigating risks, and bringing projects to successful
completion
o Collaborate across HR on programs, initiatives, and issue resolution
* Minimum Qualifications
o Bachelor's Degree
o Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience (compensation and benefits programs)
o Strong business acumen and experience with compensation programs (salary structures, job evaluations)
o Deep understanding of compensation practices and benefits programs outside of US
o Knowledgeable about all major aspects of compensation delivery, and familiar with compensation design principles
for base pay and short- and long-term incentive
o Superior skills in quantitative analysis, including advanced skills in Excel, and other database tools
o Strong client relationship and presentation skills
o Drive for process management and improvement
o Working knowledge of all MS Office applications including Word and PowerPoint
o Strong project and process management skill
* Preferred Qualifications
o Expertise in compensation principles, program design, communication, and implementation
o Experience in benchmarking compensation and benefit programs outside of US
o Experience providing support to one or more client groups and managing competing priorities\
