Job Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst to join our team in a hybrid model. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate real estate operations, transaction coordination, and project management and a proven ability to manage deadlines, maintain accurate records, and support cross-functional execution.
Working Model & Interview Process:
- Hybrid: Three days onsite, two days remote
- Interview format: Two rounds (1 - virtual, 2 - onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Rent and payment processing with accurate tracking and timely submission
- Transaction lifecycle support for acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, including due diligence, closing document preparation, and lease reviews
- Project management coordination across Legal, Finance, Site Operations, and Design & Construction, as well as with brokers, landlords, and tenants
- Maintenance of project trackers to support timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Lease compliance and governance monitoring, including disclosures, insurance, and move-out conditions
- Data and records management, including key date tracking for renewals and expirations, filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Property and facilities coordination to support property management and project agreements
- Operational support for scheduling, paperwork, and transaction coordination for the Real Estate Strategy team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Strong communication with clear writing, articulation, and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative approach with relationship-building across levels and teams
- Strategic thinking with problem-solving and agile decision-making
- Project management capability with organization, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a corporate or administrative role, preferably in Real Estate, Legal, or Finance
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field, or commensurate experience
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Lease Harbor and MyBuy systems
- Experience working within highly matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams
