Pay Rate $22.00/hr. on W2
Need: Need Peer-Peer experience , High Volume Calling and TRUCare exp.
Interview Process : 1-Phone Screening, 2- Virtual Interview.
Position Purpose:
The Administrative Care Coordinator supports care management activities by conducting outreach, handling inbound calls, and scheduling services. This role serves as a primary point of contact for members, providers, and staff, ensuring timely issue resolution and accurate documentation of member records in compliance with state and regulatory guidelines.
This position is critical in managing high call volumes and maintaining service level standards. Additionally, it plays a key role in collaborating with the internal medical director and clinical nursing team to facilitate peer-to-peer scheduling, ensuring authorization approvals for requested member services. The role also involves assisting providers and members in overturning authorization denials.
In comparison to other teams, this role is highly competitive, offering valuable experience in system navigation, process adaptation, and enhanced communication skills with internal teams and members.

- Opener: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST)
- Mid-Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (EST)
- Closer: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST)
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Call center experience
- Medical insurance experience
- Customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Trucare experience
- Experience with phone systems
- Lack of a quiet workspace for live calls
- Poor internet quality or speed
Performance Indicators:
- Average Handle Time (AHT): Best - 7 minutes | Average - 7.5 minutes
- Average Hold Time (AHT): Best - 1 minute | Average - 1.5 minutes
Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to process changes
- Highly coachable and eager to learn
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach calls to members, providing guidance on care plans, community resources, and scheduling needs.
- Address member inquiries and concerns, offering continuous education and support to both members and providers.
- Assist members in connecting with health plan and community resources to ensure quality care.
- Leverage health plan knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Serve as the first point of contact for member and provider inquiries, explaining care plan procedures and policies.
- Support member onboarding by sending welcome letters, correspondence, and educational materials to strengthen member-provider relationships.
- Maintain and document non-clinical member records in compliance with state and regulatory requirements, ensuring accessibility for providers.
- Identify and refer members to local benefits and resources to address Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) needs.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
