Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Quality Coordinator
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Quality Coordinator in Indianapolis, IN 46204
Position Title: Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Quality Coordinator
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46204
Shift Timing: Mon - Friday 40.00 Hours Per Week
Anticipated start date: 1- 3 Weeks
Duration: 9 Months contract and the possibility to be extended the contract.
Pay Rate: $42.00 on W2 - $46.32 on W2
Job Description:
* Personal/Lived experience accessing crisis services for a mental health, substance use, and/or suicide-related crisis
* Experience with quality plan development and implementation
* Experience with data and technical assistance
* Familiarity with
o Indiana Code
o SAMHSA Behavioral Health Crisis Care Best Practices
o Crisis Hotline Accreditations
* Demonstrates cultural and linguistic competence and understands impact of unique challenges for underrepresented groups accessing crisis services, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+ populations, and rural communities
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Comfort, willingness and ability to learn, adopt, and utilize new technology and software
* Excellent project coordination skills, including multitasking and setting priorities on work assignments.
Skill
Public Health program implementation experience, preferably in mental health, substance use and/or suicide prevention.
Experience managing, analyzing and reporting program data.
Public Health Program quality management experience.
Experience as a case manager or social worker in a mental health, substance use or suicide prevention program or agency.
Project management expeerience.
Familiarity with Indiana Code, SAMHSA Behavioral Health Crisis Care Best Practices and Crisis Hotlline Accreditations.
