for an opportunity at Minneapolis, MN Location!

Position Title: Sr. Brand Associate (HMM)

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Anticipated Start Date: 08/30/2025

Job Type: Full Time (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - Hybrid

Pay Range: $50/hr to $55/hr

Key responsibilities:

The Fruit Snacks team at the client is seeking a Senior Brand Associate to lead our Holistic Margin Management (HMM) efforts across the business. The portfolio of brands includes Gushers, Fruit by the Foot, Fruit Roll-Ups, Mott's, and kid equity skus including Harry Potter and Bluey. Client single-handedly created the fruit snacks category with its launch of Fruit Roll-Ups back in 1979. Over the last 46 years Mills has grown the Snacks OU's fruit portfolio into a $700MM+ RNS business and is committed to remaining the category leader. Today our five brands are a 44 Share of the category.

Fruit Snacks is a priority business in the Snacks Operating Unit and for total North American Retail. As such, we are seeking a Senior Business Associate to drive the full virtuous cycles of HMM from ideation to execution in market. You'll do this in partnership with your 25+ person cross functional team, and your manager. A robust HMM pipeline will help fund critical renovation, innovation, and communications investments we're making in the business.
We're looking for a strong cross-functional leader who can rally the team, navigate ambiguity, and think outside the box to find paths forward to hit our goals.

Key Accountabilities

Holistic Margin Management

  • Deliver the F26 HMM Target by progressing known projects
  • F27+ Strategy and Pipeline: The Fruit Snacks HMM team has made incredible progress to shrink its F26 HMM gap and is ready to build its F27+ HMM strategy and pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Collaborate with best-in-class R&D, Sourcing, FSQ, and Supply Chain teams to tackle HMM objectives and discover new HMM opportunities across Gushers, Fruit by the Foot, Fruit Roll-Ups, Mott's, and Kid Equities.
  • Project Management: Develop and manage timelines, in partnership with Project Management Office personnel, from ideation stage to implementation for all Fruit Snacks HMM projects.
  • Reporting: Share out overall HMM progress on monthly calls and other forums as needed as you execute projects and hit HMM savings targets.
  • Other Team Support as Business Needs Dictate
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major (Marketing and/or Finance preferred)
  • 3+ years of previous experience in marketing analytics or a related field
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams with proactive leadership and agility
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Record of delivering executional excellence
  • Ability to effectively build team relationships
  • Ability to prioritize among multiple projects
  • Demonstrated ability to learn on the job
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate our progress to BU leaders
Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Brand Associate
  • Exposure to consumer-first thinking and/or frameworks
Ability to influence others without formal authority
