Position Title: Account Manager Creative Services.Location: Remote.Anticipated Start Date: 05/12/2025.Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 4+ monthsJob Type: Contract 4+ Months (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY).Pay Range: $25 to $35 per hour on W2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Job Description:We are seeking a Contract Account Manager - Creative Services to support short-term initiatives for a healthcare-focused organization. This role will serve as the primary liaison between internal service line stakeholders and the creative team, managing deliverables across digital, print, web, and especially video/film. The Account Manager will be responsible for aligning creative output with brand and strategic goals. Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned service lines, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage and forecast creative workloads, aligning priorities with divisional leadership.
- Lead creative engagement planning, defining project deliverables, schedules, and resource needs.
- Write and guide strategic briefs; identify creative opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate closely with account managers, creative leads, and project managers to ensure cohesive, innovative, and on-brand work.
- Champion the brand internally and advise senior leadership on brand alignment and creative direction.
- Promote a service-oriented mindset and collaborative team culture.
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Brand Management, or Project Management.
- Experience leading projects involving digital, web, print, and especially video/film content.
- Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools.
- Excellent writing skills for creative briefs and communications.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams and collaborative environments.
- Ability to work independently while supporting senior team members.
- Experience in creative or agency setting.
- Experience working within large, matrixed organizations with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
