Job Description

Embrace your passion for product analysis and fast-paced learning by joining our dynamic product team. Gain valuable experience in requirements gathering and research. As a Product Analyst in Wealth Management Global Fees team, you work closely with the Product team to provide insights and data to support a product within a function, such as an application, system, or discipline.

Job responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to learn techniques to elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements
• Tracks and reports on key performance indicators and product metrics set by leadership
• Supports the Product team by analyzing customer needs and market opportunities
• Assists in research and data collection
• Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Emerging knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
• Energetic self-starter with ability to drive delivery of the strategic vision
• Good analytical and communication/presentation skills
• Ability to articulate findings / exceptions and escalate promptly to relevant parties
• Experienced in functional testing processes in order to define requirements, document user stories and test scripts through to test execution.
• Ability to use effective systemic data driven reporting to support program reporting.
• Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Experience in banking or related industry
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly complex organization
• Ability to work in and enhance an environment of strong risk and controls
• BA or BS degree is required; Accounting or Finance a plus 2-3 years of experience in IB Operations including 1 year of Derivatives knowledge is required Prior experience or knowledge of the following products a plus; credit default swaps, credit spread.
