The Client Media Content team is seeking a Live Operations Coordinator to support the programming and operations of screen-based content for our MR products. This position calls for an individual with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. It also requires technical expertise in following stringent processes and procedures, with a focus on maintaining clear and concise documentation. Responsibilities
Masterful Task Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain clear documentation in a fast-paced environment.
Content Management Mastery: Expertise in working with content and video management systems, including troubleshooting issues and implementing real-time programming changes.
Process Precision: Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate process documentation, ensuring consistency and driving processes independently.
Self-Directed Work Style: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Creative and Analytical Skills: Familiarity with photo editing software like Photoshop and data analysis tools to create engaging content and analyze performance metrics.
Media Scheduling Expertise: Ability to program calendars for media, ensuring timely and effective content delivery.
Flexible Work Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional off-hours, to meet project demands.
File Management Efficiency: Knowledge of file transfer protocol (FTP) to efficiently manage media assets and transfer files.
Immersive Media Enthusiasm: Passion for immersive media and experience in the field, enabling effective curation and scheduling of immersive content, as well as staying current with industry trends.

The Client Media Content team is seeking a Live Operations Coordinator to support the programming and operations of screen-based content for our MR products. - Create and execute a high volume of MR events
- Support the Live Operations team on tentpole events
- Implement real-time programming changes to refresh content and prioritize discovery of key content
- Maintain the Live Operations monthly calendar while coordinating with cross-functional teams, such as programming, to ensure updates and schedules are aligned
- Triage systems or communication issues that arise and problem solve with other stakeholders
- Perform key curation and scheduling functions for immersive media of various formats
- Source and catalog assets and look for ways to improve current processes
- Ensure content meets quality standards for distribution according to provided guidelines
- Create and update process and procedural documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy of operational activities
- Ingest and process media assets and prepare playlists for playback
- Support new live operation initiatives
- Be able to work an extended schedule as events require evenings and weekend work
- 5+ years experience in content production and operations - preferably with a focus on programming for new or emerging platforms
- Ability to work with content and video management systems while troubleshooting problems
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Self-motivated with persuasive, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented personality
- Capacity to drive processes independently and move projects to completion
- High attention to detail with documenting processes, workflows, and schedules
- Background or demonstrated interest in immersive media
- Experience with Photoshop, data analysis, FTP a plus
