Location: Tucson, AZ 85755 - Hybrid/Remote (Preference for PST or MST time zones)
Duration: Contract - 12 months
Pay Range: $35/hr - $40/hr (W2)

Job Description
We are seeking a Personalized Healthcare Solutions Contracts Coordinator to support, monitor, and optimize contract milestones, payment triggers, and billings to Pharma partners across Pathology and Core customer areas. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data and financial analytics and a proven ability to build dashboards, improve invoicing processes, and forecast revenue with accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recommend improvements to invoicing and tracking workflows to drive efficiency.
- Provide input for tracking and recording actual and forecast activity based on contract terms.
- Develop, implement, and manage standardized and ad hoc contract management tools and dashboards.
- Identify and leverage appropriate data sources to meet evolving reporting needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop metrics and implement updated reporting systems.
- Support change management processes and contribute to training materials for interpreting financial data.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with partners through clear communication.
- Ensure systems are updated with current, accurate, and actionable information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; comfort with Microsoft and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to take initiative, diagnose complex issues, and drive corrective action.
- Experience reading and interpreting contracts is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, life sciences, or equivalent education and experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in data and financial analytics; IVD or Healthcare sector experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with revenue forecasting and contract lifecycle management tools.
- Background in process automation for invoicing or reporting.
