BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Transaction Processor in Orlando, FL 32819

Title: Transaction Processor

Location: Orlando, FL 32819

Duration: 4+ months (Possibility for multiple extensions.)

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $16-$17/hr
(Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Position 1 -
No previous experience required - will train.
Mail sorting and transaction pre-processing.
Sunday through Friday (less one day to be determined) 4:30AM - 1:00PM with possible additional hours as required.

Position 2 -
No previous experience required - will train.
Document Scanning using OPEX Scanner.
Sunday through Friday (less one day to be determined. 7:00AM - 2:30PM with possible additional hours as required

This position provides support to Lockbox business operations by performing tasks such as, pre-processing,
scanning, data entry, mail sorting, dispatch or similar activities.

Job Duties:
May perform one or more of the following duties:
* Operating Document Imaging Equipment
* Sort incoming mail as required by PO BOX
* Cross-train to possess the ability to support all functions within the department
* Meet or exceed departmental productivity and quality standards
* Responsible for meeting client deadlines
* Negotiate client incoming mail as per client instructions (i.e. check negotiations, stapling, keying of checks
and overall mail package preparation)
* Prepare batches of checks and invoices based on client specifications, with a focus on payee name, date
and currency
* Key certain alpha/numeric fields as required
* Package back-up material required, in accordance with client specifications
* Assist with end of day operations
* All other duties as assigned

The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of what is typically found in a
Transaction Processor position.
* Employees may be required to stand for long period of times and lift approximately up to 15lbs
* Certain data entry speed/accuracy requirements may apply depending upon primary focus of the position
* Understand certain computer functions as required
