BCForward is currently seeking for a highly motivated SAP TM Business Analyst for a Remote opportunity Minnesota.

Position Title: SAP TM Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: 07/10/2024

Expected Duration: 6 months contract

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $60/Hr -$65/Hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job

responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem,

etc.).

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for resolving issues, enhancements, and projects.
• Formulate and configure applications to meet business requirements and execute solutions that help business units achieve their strategic objectives.
• Author Functional Specification Documents
• Test and track business requirements through implementation.
• Analyze business strategy and user needs, document business processes, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications for resolving issues, new enhancements, and new applications.
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding and available IT solutions.
• Interpret existing applications and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Business Analyst or ABAP experience through internships or industry experience to include:
• Experience developing and managing functional/technical specifications and test plans
• 2+ years SAP experience
• Excellent documentation experience using Microsoft office, SharePoint or similar tool
• Ability to identifying process issues and suggestions for improvement
• Strong communicator with organized thought delivery. Self-starter / independent worker.
• Bachelors Degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent years of training, work experience and education)
